Want to write your Basic or Advanced Exam while at the Hamfest ?

Register prior to October 22, 2024 with Hamfest Co-ordinator at hamfest@yrarc.org  to be sure we bring enough exams

 

Refreshments available for a fee – muffins, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cold pop, bottled water

Interested in being a Vendor ??

• Register through the online registration form HERE.

• If unable to do online registration, contact Hamfest Coordinator, VE3ZYL at hamfest@yrarc.org 

• MUST pre-register in advance.  Limited number of tables available on first come, first served basis.  Once tables are sold, we will be closing registration.  We will not be able to accommodate new registrations at the door.

• Table price includes 1 admission.

• NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS.

• NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER OCTOBER 15, 2024
